Returns & Refunds Policy

At DSD TOOL VAN, we inspect every product to ensure it meets workshop standards. If an issue arises with your delivery or van purchase, please review our return guidelines below.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrectly Supplied Items

If you receive an incorrect item, or if your tools arrive damaged or defective:

  • Notification Window: Contact us within 24 hours of receipt at dsdtoolvan@gmail.com or via our online contact form. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damage or incorrect item.

  • Resolution & Collection: Once verified, we will arrange collection for a direct replacement swap or a full refund at our expense within 14 days of receipt.

  • Inspection Disclaimer: All returned goods are inspected upon arrival. If no defect, damage, or fulfillment error is identified, we reserve the right to deduct collection and re-delivery costs from any issued refund.

Inspection Before Use & Manufacturer Warranty

  • Pre-Use Checks: We strongly advise all customers to inspect all tools, storage units, and components before putting them to work.

  • Warranty Claims: Once an item has been used on the job, any subsequent faults, performance issues, or breakages arising within the coverage period will be processed strictly in accordance with the respective manufacturing brand's warranty terms and procedures.

Standard Returns (Unused Goods)

If you change your mind about an order:

  • Eligibility: Products must be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be completely unused, clean, in their original packaging, and include all manuals, accessories, and foam inlays.

  • Return Shipping: Unless the item was supplied incorrectly or arrived damaged, the customer is responsible for return carriage costs back to our facility or arranging an agreed van handover.
